From the moment me and my wife arrived we felt welcomed and comfortable the service was great the menu was well put together and easy to use and the drinks menu was well organised we both had 2 cocktails each 5x small plates of food Our favourite was the swordfish and the the salmon overall a lovely night. we will definitely be coming back.

Mobo Restaurant

A small fresh Japanese restaurant, the fried beef inside is delicious, the price is a little more expensive, sushi is not bad, but the salmon sushi is generally, the rainbow roll and I are really good.

Today I had lunch in the medley with three friends and our food was so bad that it was almost impossible to eat. I had a special one day dish, a soft salad made from grated papaya and carrots, with three prawns in it for just $23. I don&rsquo;t know what the seasoning is because it tastes nothing. I suspect the chef tried to eat them before the prawns went, and he didn&rsquo;t even give them veins to add to the damage. It tasteless and disappointing. The only thing that saved Grace was a good cup of coffee. Our waitress was also inexperienced, vague and unfocused. Before serving the main course, she cleaned my coffee cup but left my friends to take the cups and teapots themselves to make room on the table when the food arrived, and then brought only three side boards instead of four. Too bad because this place is beautifully located on the river, but I definitely won&#39;t be going back.

Other restaurants could learn a lesson on what genuine warmth, engagement, friendliness, fantastic service and excellent food at a reasonable price are all about. An extraordinarily high standard that, sadly is missing at many restaurants today.

Been for both a dinner and a lunch. Food is surprisingly good and the portion sizes are large. Owing to the popularity at dinner the staff were stretched, but our order was accurate, but a little slow. At lunch the staff were more able to cope with numbers and our order was served more quickly. Range of drinks is extensive.

Lovely restaurant with great ambience  and excellent staff. So nice to go to a restaurant without intrusive background music! And then there is the food&hellip;. Yum!! Can&rsquo;t wait to go back again.

The dining experience at Mobo was fantastic. The service and ambience made the setting very relaxing and then the food was so diverse and delicious which made the night so memorable. We shall be back.

It is a really good Japanese restaurant for Brisbane standard. The price is not too bad and the food came out really fast. Staff is friendly and the location is good. Will go again to try other things on the menu.

This was our second visit to Mobo at Kangaroo Point. It has a relaxed feel, and the service is very prompt. We ordered different meals tonight and all the meals we have tried have been delightful.

If you happen to be hungry from Brisbane City Centre train station, the Nest Brisbane next to McDonald&#39;s KFC is my heart&#39;s recommendation. The restaurant is truly amazing, first of all, the restaurant&#39;s decoration is not because he is located in the train station has the slightest weakening, very fine and serious. The restaurant&#39;s dishes are a collection of Chinese, Japanese (Japanese 22-day tour route) dishes, Thai, Indian dishes with a variety of Asian flavors.
